Voluntary improvement and proposal ability

Our strength

Each employee is highly conscious and proactive about improvement!

With our many years of experience and comprehensive technical capabilities,
we independently propose optimal improvements in the safe, quality, production,
and cost of the customer's production line.

We actively conduct improvement activities and QC activities to develop our employees' ability to propose improvements and realize quality improvement. We voluntarily propose optimal improvements and work to meet the needs of our customers.

In terms of safety, we have proposed various measures to prevent explosions and disasters, and in terms of production, we have systemized work, changes layouts, modified work procedures, and reused materials to contributing to the realization of optimal production lines that meet customer needs for improved quality, increased work efficiency, and cost reduction.

Awards received from our customers (since 2015)

We have received 33 evaluations for productivity, 11 evaluations for quality, and many others such as safety.

Company-wide risk assessment competition

Once a year, we hold a company-wide risk assessment meeting to share safety and health measures in each division. We voluntarily identify potential dangers and hazards in the workplace and take preventive measures.

In house support is available for design, manufacturing, and installation of equipment and devices through in-house collaboration.
We respond to a wide range of maintenance and construction needs in a timely manner.

According to customer needs, we provide consistent support from optimal facility design, manufacturing, installation work to maintenance!

We provide equipment construction and maintenance that meet diverse needs based on our technical capabilities cultivated through years of experience in handling equipment related to chemical and steel related plants.

We are aiming for better factory operations by quickly identifying customer needs and utilizing our experience in field and technical capabilities accumulated over the years through in-house collaboration. Currently, we are expanding into new fields combining efficient automatic tabulation systems for DX-compliant production information. We support our customers in terms of equipment for safe and stable operation, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.

We have introduced an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OHSMS) in our process contract workplaces, and are continuously working to create safe and secure workplaces. We have earned the trust of our customers through continuous voluntary improvement activities.

We will continue to support our customers' businesses by leveraging our track record and experience in contracting various
manufacturing lines for more than 100 years.
We also respond to new issues in a timely manner and provide continuous after-sales follow-up, such as providing information
