In the video interview with Chairman Shoichi Mishima, he passionately talks about the 100-year history of his founding.
This company name can be said to represent the company's desire to always be oriented toward the future, while praying for the prosperity of the company and its employees.
Logo
The current logo was established in January 1993, and was designed with the motif of infinity and rings (harmony) to represent the galaxy,
planets, and their orbits. Mishima in terms of people and technology is captured in space, society is represented by a great circle and
Mishima Kosan by a small circle, and the orbital oval represents "Mishima in action, in harmony with society".
For the corporate color, we chose Mishima Red to symbolize the trust and creativity, vivacity and dynamism that have been cultivated through
a long tradition. The logo and the corporate color are a unifying element that expresses our wish for the unlimited and brilliant growth of Mishima Kosan.
Mascot
"Kouki-kun" was created for the purpose of promoting communication within and outside companies and regions.
The design motif is Kamematsu Mishima, who founded Mishimagumi in 1916, but the steadily developing company and turtles' steady walking and longevity overlap. The mascot character "Kouki-kun" is a turtle that keeps running in search of "something that will be in the future." And full of curiosity and challenge spirits. It can be said that it characterizes our management method.
We aim to be a character that is loved and nurtured by the company and in and outside the community by making our company known through the "friendliness" that is the characteristic of the mascot character.
